Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your photo prints, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

All photo prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for used, damaged (unless received that way), or altered items.

Each order is shipped with a tracking code, which will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each photo print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing choices. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads or printable files

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your card issuer—processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank to see if the refund is still pending.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and include a photo of the damage.

Return Shipping

To return your item, please mail it to:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or a fulfillment error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
